The Conference of Allegheny Providers (CAP) is a member-driven organization comprised of 38 mental health, mental retardation and drug and alcohol service provider organizations across Allegheny County. These agencies employ approximately 15,000 staff and serve residents from the entire county region, reaching more than 129,000 individuals and families each year.
