Compliance Committee

The Compliance Committee encourages CAP organizations to invite participants from their Compliance, Quality, Risk, Privacy/Security, and Safety departments to take part in committee meetings. The following standing agenda items are reviewed at each meeting:

• Regulatory Compliance and Quality Audit experiences amongst participant agencies and organizations
• New provider alerts and statewide bulletins across the varying service lines and programs represented among the table
• New trends in compliance topics, literature, and resources
• Internal Audit, Monitoring, and Investigation processes and practices
• Success of implementation of organizational compliance, quality and risk plans

Meetings are held on the first Thursday of even months (Feb., April, June, August, October, December), from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
